Yeah, it could be improved, because as it currently stands, in the same type redirect page for errors and such like, it feels like you've messed up the topic somehow by the wording and redirect. I just don't think it should be written and presented in the same way as the typical error page for posting two identical posts in a topic or as a negative type thing.
