PHPBB3 To VBULLETIN - Help urgent

Currently I have done in a forum phpbb 3 and we are more than 20000 users registered.

I'm having problems with the use of processing on the server and got the information on the vbulletin and would like to know before you buy you have to convert as phpbb3 for vbulletim, because we have many post.

phpBB3 is in the list of possible and proven Imports...

the script used for this is not a hack released on this site,but a freely available Import/Export called ImpEx and you can have it when you purchase vBulletin, and the same place you will have the vBulletin download page.

The only problematic imports are user records without email address. Also all passwords are lost due to different encoding methods, thus it is necessary to request all users to change their passwords upon first login.
