Request aceess through ModCP

Hi guys. I'm currently using this script (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=165611) on my forum and would like to give my moderators access to the configuration through ModCP. Is this possible? How complicated would it be to accomplish this?

Currently using VBulletin 3.6.8. Not sure if more information is needed, let me know your thoughts.

If you have questions/problems with a modification or style, then please post in the thread (or support forum/board) about that modification/style. Best chance to receive a reply from either the author or another member using the same modification/style.
