Pm popup?

when i send a pm or recive one, the PM pop up isnt coming up :( how i fix so it pops up for all users?

Users need to check it in their usercp to allow it to pop up.

You must have turned it off cuz I'm pretty sure it's set by default. vboptions > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options > Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received

That option will turn it on for new registrations only - existing users will still needto turn it on themselves.
