forum wiki mode

make a specified forum 'first post in other words the thread is editable for everyone who is a registered member.

more or less a bit like wiki.

how can I achieve this idea or this just a pipe dream :)

You mean, any registered user can edit any post or thread on the forum, regardless of whether they did/didn't make it?
