cant importing xml files

You must get some kind of message... to say it has been added or something? Else what happens?

iam importing via adin panel.>stylemanage>downlaod/import new style..

same like everythime by which process iam importing..

But what happens when you import exactly? Does the page stick? Does it return to the styles download page or does it do something else? Specifics will help determine what the problem is.
