I have a couple nice mods that a vew members don't like. It's info they don't like displayed in post bit. How can I make a condition by user for this? For examle, if Mary Jones does not what her # of friends to show in the user bit, and it's not uesr controled, can I put a condition in that area to have hers not show?

You may user User Profile Fields for that.

I looked in the profile fields, and because this is a modification (hack) it's not there. I believe the template needs edited with a condition, but I'm not sure how. :confused:

What I mean is that you need to create some User Profile Fields. Like create one for users to choose whether to show the number of friends and then do a condition around the friends number. Say you create a profile field titled "Show Friends" and it has the Options "yes" or "no" and it ends up being field11. Then in the postbit, find the code that inputs the number of friends and around it put a condition, ie

I have searched templates for field12 and it's not in the post bit or post bit legacy. What am I doing wrong? :eek: :confused:
