Hi guys,
I recently upgraded to 3.7.2 Patch Level 1 and am trying to turn on human verification but when I click on the Human Verification Manager I get this:

I reuploaded all the install files, reverted all templates, and even turned off all plugins and still getting the same thing...
Any ideas/thoughts to solve this?
Thanks!

I would try again on the files.... are you transfer in the correct ftp mode?
also, what version of PHP are you running?

Ok, reupped the files and that seemed to do it.
I'm running PHP Version 4.4.4-8+etch6 but now things like bold, italic, smilies don't seem to work. Something I need to enable or would that be a template tweak?

You really need to upgrade PHP..... imo That version is 2 years old.
To answer your question though, it seems you are getting file corruption upon ftp transfer, so maybe try to re-upload one more time to be safe.

Have you made sure you have fully run the upgrade script?

Yes, I ran finalupgrade.php and it said everything was successful.
The things that aren't working is the quote function, the ability to modify text, whether by bolding, underlining, etc. and the human verification appears to work under the control panel, but when i go to register as a new user i see the text that says "image verification" but there's no image in it. Any thoughts?

Create a new style with no parent set. Then browse with this style. If this style works correctly, it means that your current style is outdated.

Hmm, yeah just did that and I still can't use bold, or smilies. Users cannot pm either.
I just reloaded all the non-image files and did the file version check under diagnostics and everything appears to be fine.
I'm running php version 4.4.8 - is this too low possibly? I'm actively bangin' my head against the desk trying to figure this out :(
