Moving Forum to New Domain

Hello how would i go around moving my vBulleitn Forum to a new domain. Is there a easy and safe way to do this?

I've always just dragged and dropped it into a new folder / sub-dir and its always worked for me - I'm not sure if this is the proper way to do it
