I've just set up a support desk forum. Users can only see threads that they have created, and replies to them.
However, when the threads are listed, it incorrectly states that are there 0 replies to all of them, even if there are replies.
Administrators and moderators have forum permissions all set to 'yes'.
Any ideas?
