dunno if this can be done if yes i bet many can even pay for that ;DD
so i look for a mod to do this things
1) admin can share 1or more premium account from some good share page(megaupload rapidshare etc)
2) users can upload to that account files
3) users can download using that premium account [some like copy the url past in the mod some how and use premium account information to get the download]
4) usergroup permission to upload one specific premium account and download X links per day/hour
