Plz help! user rank problem!

Umm not really a problem but i need to know how to give a user rank to one person only.
I'm the founder so the founder image i have to take per post but then when another admin comes to that level i have to change it over and over.

How do i give a rank to one person only ?

Create a new usergroup that has that rank, and assign that as your display usergroup.
