How to EMAIL users

How can I email 100,000 users automatically? Normally I use the mail feature in vb, but that takes long and I have to click next for every x number I select.

Is there a third party plugin I have to install?

How many are you selecting at once?

raise it up so you only have to do it a few times, if you have a decent server it will be fine.
