What is this MOD called?

When a user who first signed up and has made only 1 post. He wants to post a link. But gets a message,that he is not allowed to posts links to external websites before making X posts.

What mod is this? Please PM or reply.I could not find,

I'm not sure if there is a mod for this. Probably is. But I use the usergroups and promotion features that are in vB for this.

For your registered members usergroup, set it to not allow signature links/images, etc.
Create a new usergroup that does allow sig links/images.

Then create a promotion that will move the members from one usergroup to the other, based on # of posts.

Done with no modifications installed :)
