How do i remove a style ??

I have a style i have uploaded and now dont want.

I have deleted the XML bit using >Admin>Styles & Templates>Style Manager>Delete

What about everything else i loaded via FTP.. can i just delete this ?

Yes, you can delete any files you uploaded for the style.
