Seeking Private Messages Moderations/Hacks/Products

I could SWEAR I had seen a mod that would allow you to take your PMs down in .csv or .txt and then read them easily?

Also, is there a mod for managing private messages, like I want to tell ALL my users that they have to empty their PM boxes once a month and then I clean sweep them all?

I am sorry, what I meant was once you have them down in a text file, a way to read them and manage them? Maybe this is a 3rd party product.

But, what about the other?

Is there a way I can delete/prune all their private messages?
