Social groups & profiles

I must say I'm pretty disappointed with vB 3.7.

The "improved" profiles and the new social groups add nothing. The profiles are still too simple for most members to bother about it, and the social groups... Agh! It's all so half done.

I am sorely hoping for some improvements to this in the next release, whenever that will be.

There are a few modifications that enable the changing of user profiles.

For instance, I released a MySpace profile mod (can see the mod link on my profile) and can be viewed here (http://www.thesocialmeet.com/leigh)

Also, Christian8a has released one for Facebook style :)


There's so much that you can do with them, vb has just given you a blank easel - so to speak :)

I'v tried the facebook version, and it doesn't really do that much unless you install the entire facebook style it seems. It just widened my picture a bit. I've had a look at your mod too, but it's not what I'm looking for.

vBulletin may have given me a blank easel, but I wanted a product that was finished out of the box! :(
