Payed subscription - Removal of link and footer data

I love this mod. I have sent you the requested $50.00 for the licence free (i.e removal of footer data). Please could you advise where this is so that I can remove it from my arcade. I have emailed as suggested in the admin area but so far, no reply.

Well worth the money just for the mod, getting licence free is an added bonus IMHO.
