Adding to my forum

If I wanted to add say a sports ticker to my forums right under my banner is this possible? if so how could I do this?

You'd probably have to edit your 'header' template to fit it, depending on the banner that you have. It would, I suspect, need to be placed under the section where the logo ends i.e. <!-- /logo -->
