Not sure if this is what you are asking. But if u are asking to change each user groups color then go to admincp>usergroup>user group manager>select the user group you want and open it

The 4th box down says User name html mark up ad this code

<span style="color:red;"> and then change red to what ever color you want and or use the HTML color codes for your not so popular colors
