Not familiar with that add-on. You'll need to check though the thread and see if there is an answer to your question there.

'Prefix for Forum Status Images ' is available by default via the ACP -> Forum Manager. The question mark next to the option title gives more information on how to use it.

Add "img" html tags to the forum description. (Google "HTML image code" or something if you need information on the code).
