Cut off threads

A few of my members are saying that the posts are being cut off on the right hand side of the page. I don't see this and other members do not have this issue, but there are about 4 that do. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

Screen size could be a problem. 800x600, maybe. Does this happen only if the person is using IE, or FF, or Opera?

Ok I found out the site works fine with Firefox, but not IE. Is there anyway I can make it IE compatable?
