How do I add a style?

I'm still new to all this, and I'm wanting to upload/import a new style - I found a free one I really like and would like to offer this as an option to my members.

What steps do I need to take to make sure I dont mess it up? I found the spot in the admin where it says i can upload it or give a web url - which is the best way to do this?

After I upload a style, what do I have to do to make it active?

Upload all the style's images, then import the style via the Admin CP. You'll see the option "Download / Upload Styles". Just browse to the XML file, and click "Import".
