RSS syndication of a single thread?

I was hoping that this would be fairly simple and someone would be able to help with the mod or point me in the right direction.

I want to export a specified thread by RSS, stick it through feedburner and import it into Blogger. The only problem I'm having is that it doesn't look like VB can export a single thread by RSS.

I know it's possible to specify the forumid to export, but not the threadid.

Any help would be great
