How do I make the first post collapsable?

I have the mod installed to make the first post show on every page yet I would like to make it collapsible so that people who want to see the first post on every page can and those who don't want to see it don't have to. I know that vbulletin.org is set so that the first post is collapsable, that's what I'm looking for. I have 3.7. Any help (in easy to understand terms, LOL) would be greatly appreciated.
