[Parse] BBCode?

Hello,
I'm sorry is this is a really stupid question,

But I'm wondering if there is a simple [parse] BBCode to parse BBCode.
For example, I could say:
"If you want this in your signature copy this...
[-b]Example[/-b]"

Without having to add symbols to break it.
