Gmail spamming up

So, what are you folks doing to prevent gmail domain spammers?
I receive 1 registered spammer per day generally.... and short of banning '@gmail', what would you recommend other than image verification we currently use?

I have been using "Is Bot" to block some of the spammers it seems to be working pretty well.
