as you can see for the NFC Forums where it says "sample" over and over is there away to move that up to right under the section name meaning move "sample" to the top but next to the big "N" right under the word forum ... Maybe a HTML code or something? any help would be great thanks!

Try something like:

<div style="float:right">sample sample sample...</div>

In the forum description.
