Hello

Please be more specific, you need to first create slices in Photoshop, and layers, make sure you have Save a copy without slicesand one with slices.

Then you need to generate and export it to xHTML slices and HTML files including images. Once this is done its a matter of editing the HTML file and uploading the images to vBulletin. Create a child style of the default template and then keep it private and start working on it.. a good template can take two to three days.

You need to slice, dice and then code..
