How to set signature settings?

Hello.

How can I set signature settings for users?

I want to limit character count, text size, and number of links and images a user signature can have..how can I do this?

This is accomplished in the usergroup settings, and per usergroup.
Log in to your ACP, go to usergroups, usergroup manager. Go to Registered Users (for example) and scroll down til you find the signature settings. Save, and go to the next usergroup.
