Changeing Quick Links to Horizontal

I read here a few days ago that a member changed the quick links drop down to vertical.
I have search & searched. Yes I used many different search words to find it.
Does anyone remember seeing this, if so would you please post a link?

quick links are already vertical, it would be useful if you show us what you're talking about...

lol, I meant horizontal, Sorry.

He had posted that some quick links gets filled, causing members to scroll down the page. Mine is that way. I liked the idea.
