Edit Admincp Template/Location?

I recentaly uninstalled several mods (Inferno Quiz/vBa), but the menu in the left frame of admincp still shows them. I went to Styles & Templates>edit templates, but there is no admincp template listed for me to edit to take these out. I tried changing which 'style' I use for admincp options but that doesn't do anything except change the css used. I only have ONE style for my forums. Where is the admincp template hiding so I can find it and edit it?

In the folder 'your forum root/includes/xml/' you will find files with the naming convention 'cpnav_themodname.xml' find the ones for those mods and delete them.
