Would this be possible?

I have a radio mod installed so I have the menu item installed in my header, the code is here;

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="javascript:openRadioAndTV()">$vbphrase[rs_radiostations]</a></td>

Would it be at all possible to define what usergroups see this menu item?
