hello every 1 , m finding 4 mode plz help me in that

1) for trading point or itrader , as m making a business fourm, i want that when 2 people finished their deal they give itrader 2 both of them , where i can find that mode :( here is the example

2)Mode of site cash . as i will also make yahoo id trade section , if 1 persons buys id or anything for another he can buys from site cash , like this here is example
