Move 'Add Reputation' button

I want to move the 'add reputation' button so that it is next to the reputation points indicator images, what code do I need, and where would I put it?

I have another question also. When a user places their mouse over a users reputation images, it says 'User is on a distinguished road' but I want it to display the users reputation point count on the end. Ex. 'User is on a distinguished road(96)' How can I do this?

I know this is an old thread, but Id like to know how to move the Rep Image next to the Rep Bars too. =)
