shout box stuck at loading

my shout box works with all my templates except the one i want it to work with it pauses and says loading.. and thats it and when i click the send command it give me a security error.. please help

Please post in the thread/site/forum from which you downloaded the modification as the author/other users will be the ones best placed to assist you.

It seems you are missing the security token field which should be passed with all form postings to a vBulletin page.

Maybe try reinstalling the modification and see if it applies template changes automatically.

If your shoutbox is made to use AJAX you will need to follow the instructions given in the second post of that thread.

its the mgc shout box im pretty sure it runs on ajax im not sure how to implement that code he says where does it go?

Ask the author of the modification on how to make your skin compatible with it. I am not familiar with that modification and as such can provide no assistance for it.
