I ask this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=174180) question a while back.

Always back-up any template before you edit them!!!

This a a simple Navbar Template edit.
To change the search perimeters from 24 hours to 10, 20 30, days,
When hitting New Post,

Open your Navbar Template

Search for:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?$session[sessionurl]do=getdaily" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_nav]</a></td>

Change this to:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?do=getdaily&amp;days=10" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_nav]</a></td>

Click Save.

Doing this will show all post from the last 10 days. The number of days,
can be what ever you want it to be.

I don't think it is possible with small effort, you'll have to add a query because there is no function "gethourly" in vBulletin.
