How to Show server load in footer?

I used to have the server load showing in my footer but cannot find the hack.
its the one where it shows it like this Server Loads: 0.04 0.09 : 0.08 Can anyone
advise please?

I doubt it very much because i didnt have the query or uncached templates
i had already installed that one to check and it certainly werent it...
