I have few questions, please help (ribbons, thread colors, etc)

On namepros.com, users have the option to use their points they earned from activity, etc to post threads with highlithed colors, they also have the option to highlite their username, etc... Which mod is this?

there is 3 attachments,

1st one shows the thread in color, the second one shows the additional options

and my 3rd question, how do i add ribbons? i still cant find a mod for 3.7.x, is there one available from previous vb versions that can be used with 3.7.x?

It is most probably a custom coded modification which they have made themselves.
