Adding skins

is there a tutorial some where on how to add skins?

Upload the skins to the directory (probably stated in a readme file or something) and then upload the skin through the style Manager (AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Upload/Download Styles)

what you mean upload to directory? I open the file up and was dragging the images into the path but all say there in there already and if i wanna copy over it

Don't try to add a style that doesn't come with specific instructions. Not until you know what you're doing, anyway.
