I've received several complaints from members that are getting unrelated Personal Messages from the same member. I read the content from a few messages and took action to ban the user, also his/her email and IP address from being used again in the User Banning Options screen. I viewed the screen from Users> Private Message Statistics and it appears that ever single user new and old has at least 1 message. Is there a fast way of deleting all messages that this banned user has sent out? I tried deleting them one by one, but that would take a very long time.

Thanks for your help,
Hal

AdminCP > Users > Search For Users > (Search for the username) > From the select menu on the "Edit User" page there is an option to delete all PMs.

Thanks for your replies. You saved me hours. There's so much in the Admin Control Panel to consider.
Thanks.
