Super mods being able to modify and SAVE a user

Is there a mod or way to turn this ability on for the super mods?

Could you not just give them an admin account and set administrator permissions?

You can easily give them a user title called "Super Moderator" so they wouldn't think any different

I have 19 super mods on my board... I was hoping there was an easy fix to give them all the ability without having to manipulate each one...

Plus I have to give them WAY more access than I want to do that... I wish there was more control over the aspects of the admin panel that could be allowed/blocked a la carte.

Most things are possible really ;). Just how easily/hard. In this case, probably somewhat difficult.
