Some games only show one score on the leaderboard

As in, they won't show your score getting added when you submit, or just show the first person's score. It may or may not show up as a new score on the arcade home, and sometimes worse scores overwrite better ones. Any reason for this?

I couldn't when I last tried, but it only happened for a few certain games.

If there is a way to reproduce for at least ONE game, provide the game to me and tell me how to reproduce the error - so I can fix it ...
