Most Recent Picture Comments?

I have Most Recent Album Pictures mod on my forum home page on my board. Now what I would like to see is most recent "picture comments mod." Anybody heard of this or is anyone trying to implement this?

I would guess it's just like the Most Recent Picture Albums. How hard would this be to do?
