Need Help.(post count change)

Hello i want to know if there is anyway make some change for when a user for a certain group reply a post the post count dont increase, only if he make a post the post count increase but only for a group.Is this hard to do?i need to do this, maybe if someone helps me out with this or give me a direction from where to start or where do i have to do the changes it will really help a lot.

With standard vBulletin it is only possible to disable postcounts for a forum (regardles of the usergroup).

I have not seen a modifcation that would set this per usergroup.
