Thread tags box above thread content - DOES NOT WORK

Hello,

I am trying to move the thread tags box above the thread content (just above the newreply button) but it gives me the following error whenever I try to add a tag:

You did not select any posts to which the action you picked can be applied.

I thought it was caused by the bottom thread tag box creating a conflict, so I removed it. It did not work.

My showthread template:

Please note that when using the bottom thread tag box, even with top one installed, the bottom one works. I have set up a demo account for people to experiment it themselves.

Either start again and follow that 'template modification' or compare how they have done it to how you have done it.

Thank you, I have found my mistake. It was because I added the thread tag in the inline moderation code part, so the tags became part of the inline moderation system; therefore, the system asked for a post to add a tag to and there was none.
