Changing thread posted dates

Hiya

I've set up a forum for news and articles and i was wondering if its possible to change the date the thread was posted.

I've got a couple of sites that would benefit from using the forums to update news, and was just thinking it would be a good idea to put the old news on there, but with the original date it was posted... if possible.

I've looked at the tables in phpmyadmin but i cant find an obviously easy date table to change...
