An other advertisement system

First of all i'm sorry for my bad English.

İ need a modification or an addon for my forum. That modificatin like an auction system but there is no auction, just my user can put advertisements in my forums special area with full control. Tahat advertisements will be text format like the messages. And the permissions on the advertisement threads could be different from the default forums pemissions. An the advertisement can only be answered with the PM system.

İ know its very complicated request, but if this can be made by someone, lots of forum owners will like it. And it can be used for different uses.

I need some help with OpenX. I have installed OpenX 2.6 to be used with my forums running vB 3.6.8.

I have problem generating invocation code. I am not even able to see invocation types in the set-up. Could you please help with your experience in OpenX? I can provide more details. Look forward to your response.
