Sure this is just htaccess issue...

remember a fix years ago for this but cannot find it.


if we log into site

http://mysite.com we have issues

if we log into site

http://www.mysite.com we dont

any suggestions please

Just redirect all traffic from one to another, or set your cookie domain to .domain.com (note preceding dot).

To redirect traffic use a .htaccess file (Google will probably throw you some tutorials for this)

The cookie domain can be set in the AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Cookies and HTTP Headers Options.
