Mods have 'Delete Thread' Only

After installing or updating a board hack my mods and sup mods end up with 'Delete Thread' only option in Thread Tools. If I uninstall another hack it will go back to normal.

I'm using the latest version of vbulletin. This has been plaguing me since 3.6.5.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Didn't you say yourself that "If I uninstall another hack it will go back to normal" ? So the issue resides with whichever modification you uninstalled... Post in the modification thread from which you downloaded it.

If I install ANY hack and then uninstall ANY OTHER hack. its doesnt seem to be related to a particular one.

Create a New Style with no Parent Style, does your problem persist?
